this should be all right, as the change in sled seems to be just internal API around IVec -- I'll let you @devashishdxt double-check this.
Note that these code coverage change fluctuations are due to quickcheck randomness: https://github.com/crypto-com/chain/blob/master/chain-abci/src/storage/merkle.rs#L142 we may try to configure it, such as the coverage remains the same, or add a few separate unit tests
