Similar to #104, allows exclusion of consumer groups as regex in golang can't to negative lookaheads and can only act as whitelist and not as a blacklist

a empty string will always match and therefore blacklist everything, ^$ will never match

Tested this now in our stage system and was able to reduce the load on kafka massively with a filter for UUID consumer groups:

--group.exclude=^[0-9a-fA-F]{8}\-[0-9a-fA-F]{4}\-[0-9a-fA-F]{4}\-[0-9a-fA-F]{4}\-[0-9a-fA-F]{12}
