[datastore]: Reenable negative tests

We have disabled the test negative_empty_commit_xg as it seems we are able to do 20 concurrent cross entity group lookups and commits without failing.
Check with Fuller whether the previous limit of 5 has been increased.

Seems this test is still commented out.
