Add a constructor to Process to start a new process with the same Dart executable as the current process in started from, e.g.

Process p = new Process.startDart("test.dart", const ["--xxx"])

With the addition of Options.executable this can be done with:

Process.start(new Options().executable, [ script, arg0, arg1, ... ]);

That seems simple enough to me. Closing the bug for now.

Added AssumedStale label.
