Currently when I use Math.random() I get the same sequence of random numbers for each run. I haven't found a place to pass a seed, so I assume it should behave the same way as Math.random() in Java.

Essentially what we need is a PRNG interface which can be implemented with different strength as desired.

Issue #2676 has been merged into this issue.

Math.random() is deprecated. If you're looking for an RNG, check out dart:math Random class

Added WontFix label.

This reverts commit aab39d3.

Reason for revert: Failing some internal builds with the following error
http_client_conformance_tests: #wrong_required_libs #wrong_conditional_srcs
  "required_libs" is currently [] but the code imports ["isolate"].
