I managed to write something that crashed the VM today, and it took me longer than I would have liked to realize that that's what it was. The program just terminates, and if you look in the debugger window you can see a termination with a non-zero exit code. But it would be nice if there was something much more noticeable to indicate that something seriously abnormal has happened. I'm not sure what that would be - maybe turn the debugger pane red or something. Or put something in the output with VM terminated abnormally, exit code ### (and ideally the associated text).

We now bring the console view to the front when a process terminates, and display the exit code in the view's subtitle area. It's still a bit subtle but does make the fact that the process terminated a bit more obvious.
