install frog in ~/dart/bin/, where core libs are in ~/dart/lib/
navigate to some other folder where your dart code is
$ ~/dart/bin/dart ~/dart/bin/frogc.dart ./myproj/myproj.dart
will look for core libraries in . rather than in ~/dart/lib.
It should use <executable dir>/../lib for core libs.
