[Live Trains] Short platforms

Hello!

Thanks for wanting to give feedback about short platform announcements for Live Trains. I really appreciate your help! :)

As a reminder, at this time we are only interested in short platform information for Govia Thameslink Railway and Southeastern served stations. There will be a future opportunity to expand this feature, but we want to make sure it's working well before rolling it out to the entire network.

It'd really help if your feedback follows a consistent structure to make resolving issues quicker and simpler.

Platform 2 is a short platform. Both Southern and
Thameslink only open doors on the front 8 coaches
at this station on all of their rolling stock.

Dover Priory front 10 not front 8 as announced

@EWSTrains This depends on the rolling stock and the platform.

The sectional appendix states that platform 3 only fits 8 coaches and 2 will fit 10 coaches.

Class 375s open the same number of doors at every platform of every station by default, so 8 coaches would be correct for these units no matter which platform they use.

I appreciate that the data for Class 395s is, however, incorrect.

I know Dover has front 8 on 375 as the system cant manage several short platforms hence Westenhanger being short both ways with the Dover platform able to take 8

I know alot about Dover Deal lines as im local to the line and my dad worked at Dover

Im gaining the Short Platform info from Tiger which then operates the Short Platform info for Anne

Apparently the short platform info is the same for all rolling stock.
