All references within the d3 documentation are broken because d3 moved from a wiki to a repo for its documentation, with the move to 4.0.

It's not the end of the world because there's a placeholder redirecting, but the anchor part is lost.

They should be corrected to point into https://github.com/d3/d3-3.x-api-reference/blob/master
