Currently deegree supports gdal 2.4.x gdal version. Recent Linux distributions provide gdal 3.0 and higher. The gdal JNI interface shall be upgraded to version 3.0 or higher.

PR is merged. Additional documentation is needed where to find information how to build and install gdal jni on debian/ubuntu systems.
