Ekranoplan is Derailed's Design for it's APIs, for other (like micro) services, they either aren't designed or they have their own design doc in their repo.
When we count something as a "snowflake" type, we mean an integer-representation of a snowflake transformed into a string for users of other languages which don't support integers over 32 bits.
