v2.0.0 Alpha

v2 includes a breaking change to the API:

• infix() no longer labels the dice, but just shows the dice and math only (better semantic match)
• detailed() replaces the previous functionality of infix()

This release is labeled an alpha as it is not feature complete, nor are the changes made to naming conventions stabilized.
