[BUG] Calendar view: Event on the day of the time change is not displayed

Short problem description

The event that was set on the day of the time change is not displayed in the calendar view.

Steps to reproduce

1. insert plugin with the type "Calendar" on page.
2. create an event on 27.10.2024 or 26.10.2025

Expected behaviour

The event is displayed on the desired date

Actual behaviour

The date that was set on 27.10.2024, for example, is not displayed. The same happens on 26.10.2025 or 29.10.2023, i.e. always on the day of the time change.

TYPO3 version: 12.4.13

PHP version: 8.2
