Add a warning about potential data loss due to database refresh.

Add a warning about potential data loss due to database refresh.
It caused a surprise for me. Luckily I managed to restore the database from a backup.
I know local database is not supposed to contain critical data, but even if not critical, I had some examples in there I was working on and running an example should not cause any unexpected data loss/destruction.
