Quick-start

  1. Contact us to set up an account.
    • We will create an LDAP account for you.
    • With the credentials you can connect to the openBis server.
  2. If you want to upload RNA-sequencing data, please fill in this metadata form and contact us for the file transfer.
  3. To learn more about how to use openBis, see learning resources.
