* Modified bucket Access control policies (removed PublicAccessBlockConfiguration added OwnershipControls) * Remove S3 AccessControl: LogDeliveryWrite from AccessLogsBucket and setting logging policy (S3:PutObject for logging service) * fix statement S3ServerAccessLogsPolicy setting principal properly * Added manifest for update script and increased release number to 1.5.9
