Enable paging for betydb functions
added (Chris Black) (@infotroph) to author list based on contributions to the betydb interface (especially #94, #88, #82)

this change didn't make it into the last release - any chance it could be released as a 'hotfix' so we can begin migrating to using v1?
Not sure if this is correct / what to do with the trailing .9100 ...
use messages param instead of verbose passed to get_uid internally within ncbi_searcher
