When using image with data persisted to the image, these operations take a lot of time and are not needed if the image was correctly created.

It's possible to override the entrypoint in the new image, but I think it might be a good idea to have this in the base image.

This is addressed in #496. chown is only run on things that are not owned by the postgres user:

find "$PGDATA" \! -user postgres -exec chown postgres '{}' +
