Improve browser lessons #266

The browser lessons from #262 are a good start, but they could be improved.

Ideas:

The Python tutorial isn't very approachable for new programmers, try to find another source. Python Like You Mean It looks promising. Alternatively, write a new tutorial building towards a Captain's Mistress AI.
Dynamically adjust code block heights to avoid vertical scroll bars.
Same thing for output blocks, with some limit (50?).
Add optional sections for hint 1, hint 2, etc.
Link to edit page for lesson source file.
Edit lesson in place, with preview.
Show/hide output when a sample has no goal.
