This is a project for the Network Science course at Rajk College for Advanced Studies. covid_US.ipynb simulates the dynamic contact network of a sample population, and implements the SIR model to predict the spread of the coronavirus. The simulation is run for different restriction policies:
- full restriction
- temporary restriction
- no restriction
- restrictions are released in case of small enterprises
- restrictions are released in case of large enterprises
- restrictions are released in case of small enterprises and other social interactions
