This is a preview release of WebSharper.UI 5.

Features

Added .NET 5 support. .NET Core 3.1 and netstandard2.0 still supported.
Use common Build script with WebSharper ecosystem.

Fixes

#217 Fix "attr.disabledDyn has wrong signature" by implementing #221 Boolean attributes.
#220 Fix "In input controls, cursor sporadically jumps to the end of text while typing".
