Removes Xamarin.Analysis and Xamarin.Android.Analysis build tasks and
targets. The xamarin/xamarin-analysis repo has been archived, and the
only extension point for that build infrastructure in this repo appears
to be in
Xamarin.Android.Analysis.targetswhich is now obsolete.
