@dotnet/source-build @MichaelSimons May you PTAL or help assign to the right individual to help with the failing 7 new prebuilds?

@dotnet/source-build These packages are related to the template engine and appear to be newly introduced prebuilts. Should we add them to the exclusion list?

.packages/microsoft.dotnet.arcade.sdk/9.0.0-beta.25263.5/tools/SourceBuild/AfterSourceBuild.proj(83,5): error : (NETCORE_ENGINEERING_TELEMETRY=AfterSourceBuild) 7 new pre-builts discovered! Detailed usage report can be found at /__w/1/s/artifacts/sb/prebuilt-report/baseline-comparison.xml.
See https://aka.ms/dotnet/prebuilts for guidance on what pre-builts are and how to eliminate them.
Package IDs are:
Microsoft.TemplateEngine.Abstractions.9.0.205
Microsoft.TemplateEngine.Core.9.0.205
Microsoft.TemplateEngine.Core.Contracts.9.0.205
Microsoft.TemplateEngine.Edge.9.0.205
Microsoft.TemplateEngine.Orchestrator.RunnableProjects.9.0.205
Microsoft.TemplateEngine.Utils.9.0.205
Microsoft.TemplateSearch.Common.9.0.205

Microsoft.TemplateEngine.Utils.9.0.205
Microsoft.TemplateSearch.Common.9.0.205

Source build only builds/releases out of 1xx bands. As a result, these prebuilts can be added to the prebuilt baseline.
