yeah, currently slides aren’t getting recreated, in 9ccc977 I just added the menu, but I’m dealing with it

improve the graphics area size menu

now the menu paints the current size in cyan and makes it an active option

and all the slides are updated after choosing a new size

by the way, I think about providing 2× pixels for sizes greater than 1280×960(†, when each pixel will be not 1×1 but 2×2

†) 1280 × 960 = (2×640) × (2×480)

I do not know if you have fix the size, just downloaded the new version from you site and it still not show full screen.

@hendrikbez it works well on my side with allegro 5 (but with allegro 4, going fullscreen causes freezing)
