• If Smart Bibliography not used, the last-occurring ordered list is automatically tagged with the HTML ID abt-smart-bib on load to allow for more reliable tooltip rendering.

Bugfixes

• Fix bug causing tooltip position to center when citation wraps lines. Closes Citations need "white-space: no-wrap" #13
• Fix tooltip choppiness on some browsers. Closes Desktop tooltips can be choppy -- make hover padding larger #12
