Description:

Update Clibsodium.xcframework from https://github.com/jedisct1/swift-sodium for the binary to contain arm64e architecture

Steps to test:

Validate sync_crypto lib works as intended (sync works)
Turn on Editor -> Canvas -> Use legacy previews
Clean-build for testing
Validate Xcode previews works
