Point to documentation that explains:

  • What tracing is, when it's relevant
  • How to record traces

Contributes towards resolving #326

How to share the doc

  • Link to external site?
  • Text file included in the source as documentation?

Needs to be configurable because this trace viewer extension could be used with other servers or incorporated into customized Theia-based IDEs.
