Invite user to another room
Force-move users to another room (presumably only for superusers, so depends on Auth and user types #53)
(If someone is active in both rooms, maybe do nothing.)
Removing user from current room (e.g. for idle user)
Bulk versions of the above for everyone in a room (e.g. for moving a discussion to the right room)
