Support Helm3 for kind

• Chart version not bumped (the versions are all bumped and released at the same time)
• README.md updated with any new values or changes
• Updated template tests in ${CHART}/tests/*.py
• Updated integration tests in ${CHART}/examples/*/test/goss.yaml

Helm 3 is not yet officially supported yet by these charts.
The support will be added by #516 which will also update kind example.

Closing this PR as duplicate.
