Per discussion with @jmikell821 this PR removes the following section from the Reference, since it duplicates content that exists in the Solutions section: https://docs-v3-preview.elastic.dev/elastic/docs-content/tree/main/reference/security/elastic-defend/ I fixed links to this content in elastic/security-docs#6556 but have added redirects just in case there are more in other repos.

This PR fixes some links in the Endpoint command reference to point to the appropriate section of the Solutions content (https://docs-v3-preview.elastic.dev/elastic/docs-content/tree/main/solutions/security/manage-elastic-defend).
The duplicated pages that exist in the Reference section will be removed in a separate PR.
