Hi @elfontan, please find my PR below. Three main updates are here:

  1. Change the directory name for scouting EGamma & remove unnecessary print out
  2. Add test cfg file for egm.
  3. Correct efficiency plots. (Just noticed the code does not correspond to the newest one. )

I have tested the EGM part with the step1 and step2 test cfg files updated here before making the PR.
