Modify install script to git clone from OpenSSL branch 1.1.0_stable
Update Readme to git clone from OpenSSL branch 1.1.0_stable
*Modify MakefIle to include -fcommon in the
CFLAGS, GCC 10 have default to -fno-common
which does not allow duplicate deeclaration
