This PR:

  • Deprecates Kotti (core-geth and besu dropped support, its explorer was taken down and none validator stayed online)
  • Removes faucets from ETC mainnet
  • Adds faucets and aditional information for Mordor ETC testnet

you cannot delete chains - you can only mark them deprecated
