This updates the genome annotation used for RNA and protein diagrams from Ensembl 102 to Ensembl 110. The former was released in November 2020, and the latter was released in July 2023.
It also updates the default mouse genome assembly from GRCm38 to GRCm39. This is needed for new annotations.
Finally, this further refines colors for protein features.
