Why

Upgrades chokidar to v4 which drops 11 dependencies and improves it's types.

btw Prettier is not in the devDeps, is this intentional?

Hey @Jayllyz,

Thanks for you PR.
With regards to Prettier, it is in the direct dependencies as we rely on it to format the output of the transformation.
