Once the "Get Resilience" button is pushed the user should be redirected to "Get Resilience form Page".

Description:
Use the /getresilience route

oh yeah we need to set up this page still.

https://docs.netlify.com/forms/setup/#html-forms

We can just set up a page and build an aggregation form. Will need to speak with @utunga or someone about what information they would need from organizations asking about this.

We should decide if its form asking "What is your org about and how can we help?" Or "What's your contact info, we'll reach out and start the dialogue"

I think that the form would look slicker, but it would probably be a lot easier to just ask for their contact information. In my opinion, the form that Karen created would work perfectly. your right we should probably talk to @utunga first.

Haven't checked out updated designs yet. If there's already a design, we just make sure this tickets dependent on that ticket for the form

@jessdwitch We can actually use this ticket as the scope states that the button should be set up as well
