In the upcoming version 1.0 of openPMD-viewer (not yet released), the particle positions will be returned in meters directly (instead of microns), and the name of the package will change from
opmd_viewertoopenpmd_viewer. Therefore, the FBPIC code for restarting (from a checkpoint) - which uses openPMD-viewer - needs to be adapted.This PR changes that code so that it can work both with version 1.0 and the old version 0 of openPMD-viewer.
