Currently http-rust and wasi-http-rust are identical, and relatively sophisticated (you can't just click the link in Available Routes). This PR:

Restores http-rust to a super-simple "hello world" that you can click on
Renames wasi-http-rust to json-http-rust to reflect what it's actually showing
Adds a README explaining how to interact with json-http-rust


          Fix duplicate samples
