Remove all and any references to calibnet, since it is now managed by ChainSafe.

Just did a sanity reset of the Butterfly-network to confirm nothing else got deleted for resetting Butterfly. It works as expected, and are only failing because of the separate issue outlined here: #1623. Also confirmed that |
