lotus paych add-funds doesn't work

Describe the bug
The command below hands indefinitely (even after 24 hours):

$ lotus paych add-funds t1a25ihzpz7jb6wgjkkd7cndnhgo4zbbap6jc5pta t3ucc7cbhrbwuotrugsdgu6y4mutbl2wuq36hxv5aw6qtuimsmstotiqppp5b3dmvhmrrdjfnj6dqqgeovep5a 0.2

To Reproduce

• Install Lotus v0.8.1 on a new ubuntu machine
• Make sure your desired "from" wallet for the payment channel has some Fil.
• Make sure lotus is sync'd
• Try to create a payment channel: $ lotus paych add-funds t1a25ihzpz7jb6wgjkkd7cndnhgo4zbbap6jc5pta t3ucc7cbhrbwuotrugsdgu6y4mutbl2wuq36hxv5aw6qtuimsmstotiqppp5b3dmvhmrrdjfnj6dqqgeovep5a 0.2
• Observe infinite hang
• Observe nothing in lotus daemon log: neither grepping for those addresses, nor grepping for the words "ERROR" or "paych", turn up anything in the log

Expected behavior
I expect lotus paych add-funds... to return immediately with a message id like baf.....

Hey! I tried to reproduced this, and had no issues adding funds to a payment channel:

lotus paych add-funds t3xbzrkuaknlir2rjyjbzjkvgsh322vdusmso62tgjibfievk2k3bfy7cebj6mlf72lujxfnuarlh5i3eailta t3ucwgghptrhs6alwwvclumgx33zmqctzs6rja4dcrtat4lexoiyj4s6h6wpqqhltsmkuzy2adryxe3fsku53q 2

That said, the command (lotus paych add-funds) currently does not tell the user that it will be waiting for confirmation on-chain, so having a short text output with: "Waiting for confirmation" might improve the UX a little bit here.
