A recent addition to CI are the gpu tree builder tests with the `ignore` flag. Enabling those added a lot to the run time of a single job. Hence split them into a separate job, so that the total run time of all the CI is shorter again.

The "ignored" tests still take a long time to run, but at least the overall run time is a bit better.
