for mstest/xunit/nunit for each diagnostic the following code https://github.com/fluentassertions/fluentassertions.analyzers/blob/2d7b3b499b22412846c4a90f83fe96bf9d49ceb9/src/FluentAssertions.Analyzers/Tips/TestingFrameworkCodeFixProvider.cs#L95C1-L113C29 is executed. additional code-fixers are ignored at this point
