Problem: Tezos data missing on stake pool page

WHAT
The landing page should resemble Tezos.community (https://www.tezos.community/delegate-home)
and should contain data very similar to https://tezos.cryptium.ch/dashboard insert KT18thcPBkdd9iP3jNfeSbK7KW3fBubURGmS key for a fully expanded table. So we prefer the look of Tezos.community but prefer the data of tezos.cryptium.ch.

Before KT1 Address Insertion
The page should look similar to tezos.community

• The our pool delegation address which is a link to tzscan.io example
• A text box to insert your KT1 tezos address
• An empty table in between the KT1 address box and the calculator. The table contains headings Cycle, Snapshot Balance, Estimated Rewards, Final Rewards, Payout Hash. (Alternatively you can hide the table if it's empty)
• A calculator similar to tezos.community
• Earnings Calculation section
• Estimates & Rewards section
• Community impact section
  (the above four items shall be called Marketing Blurb to be referred to below)

After KT1 Address Insertion
Information per staker (after you insert your KT1 address into the above text box) (similar to this example)

The fields in the dynamic table should display:

• Your Account Address in a text box (so you can change it to another address if you want)
• "Staked & Delegated" (which is basically the same as your current account balance)
• A list of rows which contain header data similar to https://tezos.cryptium.ch/dashboard:
  • Cycle
  • Snapshot Balance
  • Estimated Rewards
  • Final Rewards
  • Payout Hash (which is a link to tzscan) for example the location https://tzscan.io/oovsFCh4f2htTBRKoHG1pvyECTWbxQqwjwGPhVD6juTsCscc66s will be displayed as oovsF... in the table to conserve space

HOW
After you insert a KT1 address:

• the table is automatically refreshed and populated, it is not redirected to another page.
• the top URL bar is populated with the KT1 hash you just inserted allowing you to bookmark the location in your browser so that you can quickly and easily go back to the table to see your earnings.
• It's probably saner to keep the Marketing Blurb after you insert the data, as this is just a single page document. This will make the "After KT1 address insertion" page including a long populated table to look very noisy. (@dapyh17d4)
