GLM 0.9.5 follows GLSL spec allowing implicit construction between vector and matrix classes.

This behavior has been removed in GLM 0.9.6 which is desirable but not conform to the spirit of the library.

Add GLM_FORCE_EXPLICIT_CTOR to enable this non conform behavior.
