shift, alt, and ctrl should be Shift, Alt, Ctrl
command should be ⌘
we could also try "⇧" or "⇧ Shift" for shift key

Unfortunately, the characters ⌘ and ⇧ look weird and too small inside the <kbd> tag (see below), so I used Shift, Alt, Ctrl, and Cmd.
