If you are using the Inspector tool, uncheck the Inspector tool will automatically close the plot. It is possible to add a custom toolbar to the plot, but that will require some coding. See this example.

For assigning colors to clusters, you can set the image properties, e.g., image.set('bandname_class_values', class_values), image.set('bandname_class_palette', class_palette). Replace bandname with the bandname of your cluster band. See this tutorial.
I don't quite understand this question. Are you trying to use a polyline to extract pixel values for multiple images?
