Also update the submodule to 3.0.6

On toolchains where the default output is x86_64, we need to be
consistent with the other .o files

The utilities are meant to run on the host machine, hence must be built using
the host toolchain.

The wrapper program is executed on the build machine, so it should be
built with CC_FOR_BUILD.

I've merged everything up to updating gnu-efi. I'm talking with HPA about doing a back-to-back -pre build just because the existing one is so far behind.

Nice, probably wise to do a -pre first to see that all is working first
I have trouble here with EFI, but it is the same problem as before upgrade:

My IP is 0.0.0.0
core_udp_sendto: stalling on configure with no mapping
core_udp_sendto: stalling on configure with no mapping
core_udp_sendto: stalling on configure with no mapping
core_udp_sendto: stalling on configure with no mapping
core_udp_sendto: stalling on configure with no mapping
core_udp_sendto: stalling on configure with no mapping
core_udp_sendto: stalling on configure with no mapping
core_udp_sendto: stalling on configure with no mapping
core_udp_sendto: stalling on configure with no mapping
core_udp_sendto: stalling on configure with no mapping
core_udp_sendto: aborting on no mapping

No idea where to look actually, not even sure if syslinux is to blame
