The idea here is to have a turnkey solution for deploying both the AmiGO client and coordinated GOlr backend on AWS or similar service. I'm likely to start looking at methods doing this with ansible, docker, etc.

This setup may also include things like load balancing and data refreshes.

As essentially amigo/golr is a requirement for noctua right now, this is being taken care of on geneontology/noctua#227
