Multilingual

If you'd like to help with a new translation, please follow the steps below:

1. Download the language tool (i18n.exe) here.
2. Download the English translation here.
3. Load the downloaded messages.json with the downloaded i18n.exe.
4. Edit translation.
5. Send the modified translation file to Gerald <gera2ld@163.com>. Pull requests or issues also accepted.
