0020 remove critical errors from parseresult

The type parser.ParseResult has a field name CriticalErros. There is only one error Ciricular reference in concept which is marked as CriticalError.
Gauge API exit with non zero code if there is any CriticalError.
Remove CrticalErros from ParseResult and handle Circular reference in concpet error.
